Frequently asked questions when looking to hire a bouncy castle

Q: What are your office opening hours?

A: We are open 7 days a week from 7 am to 9 pm.

Q: How do I make a booking?

A: You can make a booking using our online booking system. Simply press the green 'book now' button on your chosen product's page to start a booking. Check out our range of Bouncy Castles

Q: Where do you deliver to?

A: We deliver to all of Cumbria. For a full list of the areas we deliver to, please go to our Delivery Areas page.

Q: Is everything I will need to use the inflatable included?

A: Yes, of course. We provide everything that is needed to use one of our inflatables.

Q: Are your inflatables suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?

A: Yes. All of our units can be used indoors and outdoors. Some of our products need a lot of height clearance to be used indoors.

Q: We have no outdoor electricity supply, can we still hire one of your inflatables?

A: Yes, you can. If you do not have an electricity point within 30M, we can supply a petrol generator at an extra cost.

Q: When do you stop hiring outdoors in the winter months?

A: All of our products are available to hire all year round for indoor hires. We only provide equipment for outdoor hires from March to the end of October.

Q: Can I book inflatables for same-day delivery?

A: Yes. If we have availability, we are happy to provide delivery on a same-day basis. Contact us on 07835850601 to enquire about same day bookings

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my booking?

A: Most of our products have rain shower covers fitted, so light rain is okay as long as the inflatable doesn’t become too wet. If the rain is too heavy or the wind is blowing too strongly, we may have to cancel your booking. We will only do this if there is no other choice, and you will be refunded any money that has been paid.

Q: Can I cancel my booking?

A: Yes, all we ask is that you let us know 7 days before the date of your booking. If 7 days notice is not given the full balance of your booking will be due.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes, we are fully insured.

Q: Are your inflatables tested yearly?

A: All of our inflatables undergo a yearly safety test by a PIPA accredited inspector.

Q: My delivery location is not listed in the pull-down menu when trying to place an order?

A: If your delivery location is not listed, please Contact Bounce N Boogie, and we will see if we can deliver to you.

Q: How much access do you need when delivering a bouncy castle?

A: For bouncy castles, we need at least a 3ft clearance to gain access to the area you would like your inflatable set up
