Terms and Conditions

When hiring a product from us, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time if we believe you are not following our terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that our terms and conditions are always adhered to.

• It is the hirer's responsibility to check all dimensions to ensure there is sufficient space for us to inflate any inflatable. If we arrive and there is not sufficient space, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking cost.

• Hirers must be 18 years or over; we may require a form of identification if you look younger than the required age.

• Every inflatable has an age or height limit; you can find this information on our website. If you are unsure, do not hesitate to ask us.

• No climbing, hanging, or sitting on any walls when using the inflatable.

• All footwear, jewellery, and any other sharp objects are to be removed before using the inflatable.

• No smoking or BBQs near the inflatable.

• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not use the inflatable.

• A responsible adult aged 18 years or over should always supervise the inflatable. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that there is always a responsible adult supervising.

• All our units have a maximum user limit; you can find this information on our website or ask your delivery driver. You must not overcrowd the inflatable.

• No fighting or behaving in a way that is likely to harm others. Please ensure that there is no fighting, pushing, colliding, or attempting to do things like somersaults; this kind of behaviour is forbidden.

• Do not allow anyone to jump on the front step of any inflatable; these should be used for entering and exiting the unit only.

• Please switch off inflatables if they are no longer being used at any point during your hire.

• Please keep pets away from inflatables.

• Anyone with a previous history of back or neck problems should not use any inflatable.

• In the event of heavy rain and the inflatable becoming too wet, it should be switched off and not used unless the rain stops and it can be dried and made safe again.
  
  
• No inflatables are to be used if wind speeds exceed 23mph.If wind speeds reach 23mph the inflatable should not be used and should be deflated

• Once we set up an inflatable, please do not attempt to move it; all stakes, pegs, or sandbags are there to keep the unit secured to the ground and must always stay in place.

• Do not allow smaller children and bigger children or adults to mix on the inflatable at the same time.

• No adults are allowed to use inflatables that are only suitable for children. If you'd like something you can use with your children, please hire something suitable for adults and children.

• No food, drinks, or any other items that pose a choking hazard should be allowed on the inflatable.

• No face paint, coloured silly strings, or party poppers are allowed near the inflatable, as these can stain the material. You will be required to pay for any cleaning or repair costs if the unit gets stained or damaged.

• Do not allow anyone to be inside the unit when inflating or deflating.

• We require all customers to sign a hire agreement and safety instructions; it is the hirer's responsibility to ensure all safety instructions are always adhered to. We will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, or injury to any person if safety instructions are not followed.

• All bookings can be paid by bank transfer, cash; we may accept cheques. We cannot accept card payments.

• All bookings paid by bank transfer need to be paid in full 24 hours before your booking date.

• If you are paying for your booking using cash, you can pay the full amount on delivery. We cannot leave any inflatables in your possession if your balance has not been cleared in full; we apologize for any inconvenience.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to make sure all these terms and conditions are always adhered t throughout the duration of your hire.
